10 years ago, I left the wireless industry to pursue a career with State Farm. I changed professions because I had a simple claim, (not with State Farm) go terribly wrong. I wish I'd had an advocate to help me and my family walk through the process of putting our lives back together. I knew things could be done better, and with my customer service experience, I knew I could be the advocate I wish I'd had.
